These rules establish the legal framework for accessing and using our communication security and server traffic filtering services.
We offer B2B software solutions for corporate communication encryption, network traffic filtering, and server security monitoring. Services are delivered according to the technical specifications agreed upon in the contract signed by the parties.
The user is obliged to provide accurate information upon registration, maintain the confidentiality of access data, and use the services only for lawful purposes. Any attempt to circumvent security measures or use the solutions for illegal activities will result in immediate suspension of access.
The provider is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or interruptions caused by force majeure, unauthorized actions by third parties, or incorrect system configuration by the user. Total liability is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.
All traffic data and processed communications are treated in accordance with the privacy policy and GDPR legislation. We implement technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, including end-to-end encryption and periodic access audits.
The contract is concluded for the period specified in the offer, with automatic renewal unless the option not to renew is communicated 30 days before expiration. Either party may terminate the contract with 60 days' notice, without affecting services already invoiced.
We reserve the right to update these terms, with prior notice to users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after the modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
